Custom Safety Guarding (GRD)

Employee safety is at the top of every company's priority list and Joraco Press Company will make sure our products meet your company's safety guidelines.

All Joraco Presses can be optioned with custom Guarding (GRD).

Level 1: Secures the die set and/or tooling bolster plate area on the press
Level 2: Secures the die set and/or tooling bolster plate area with the addition of a manual lift gate and lock out circuit
Level 3: Includes Heavy Duty Press Stand (TT) with full physical guarding mounted on the perimeter
Level 4: Includes Heavy Duty Press Stand (TT) with three-sided physical guarding and an industrial Light Curtain (Shown)

We use aluminum extrusion and polycarbonate sheets as standard, but we can also accommodate your specific material requests.
