The INDEX-AIRE™ Series Model 1011RT Rotary Indexing Machine couples the reliability and accuracy of our Joraco Press Company presses with a multi-station servo indexer to form an automatic or semi-automatic rotary assembly workstation. All control components are standard industrial products designed to be easily operated and maintained. Our rotary indexing machines can be ordered with many variations in center distances, tooling plates, strokes, etc. to suit your application. Tooling plates are interchangeable allowing multiple job use on one machine with very easy changeover.
The Model 1011RT is the basis for most of our workstations, work cells, monoblocks, and automated press machines. Available in any custom configuration, please inquire!

Every INDEX-AIRE™ Series Model 1011RT is custom configured and manufactured to each customer's specific needs. There is no standard Model 1011RT, however, the baseline specification is an 8 Station, 18" Index Dial attached to a PLC controlled open-loop servo motor and custom gearbox. The most common press combination is a TOGGLE-AIRE® Series Model 2530 or 3530, but any C-Frame Joraco Press can be used. The number of press heads is ultimately determined by need and space.
The standard table dimension for a single press head is 48" X 24" and adjusted so the working height of the index dial is 32-36" from the floor.
The Model 1011RT is a rotary indexing machine, but it can be configured as a linear indexer.
