Joraco Press Company INDEX-AIRE™ Series rotary indexing press machines offer versatile, efficient, and simple automatic operation in small areas.
The INDEX-AIRE™ Series Model 2000 is an air-actuated all-in-one press and rotary indexing combo with six (6) stations that is based on our TOGGLE-AIRE® Series Model 1030 or Model 1530 toggle press, as well as options for DIRECT-AIRE® Series presses. For larger and more specific applications, the INDEX-AIRE™ Series Model 1011RT is customizable from 4 to 24 servo-actuated stations and can be equipped with one or more C-Frame TOGGLE-AIRE®, DIRECT-AIRE®, and/or HYDRO-AIRE™ Series presses. All INDEX-AIRE™ rotary indexing machines can be customized to specific applications and needs including interchangeable tool plates, as well as the addition of many styles of automation components.

Our Rotary Indexing Machines are designed for integration and customization
The INDEX-AIRE™ Series Model 2000 rotary indexing press machine is an extremely compact rotary indexing machine, requiring no more bench space than our 3 Ton toggle press. It features solid, one piece construction, with the indexing unit built into the machined steel mainframe of the press. The index feed utilizes a specially designed, air driven clutch made of heat treated machine steel, to provide smooth, powerful indexing.
The INDEX-AIRE™ Series Model 1011RT Rotary Indexing Machine couples the reliability and accuracy of our Joraco Press Company presses with a multi-station servo indexer to form an automatic or semi-automatic rotary assembly workstation. All control components are standard industrial products designed to be easily operated and maintained. Our rotary indexing machines can be ordered with many variations in center distances, tooling plates, strokes, etc. to suit your application. Tooling plates are interchangeable allowing multiple job use on one machine with very easy changeover. Available in many custom configurations, please inquire!
